SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-registration and/or self-assembly of multiple electrical devices. To this end, self-registration of multiple electrical devices is performed by supplying from each of a plurality of electrical devices information on the device contained in each of the plurality of electrical devices to a control device, which includes a processor, through the network, wherein information on device of each device identifies unique characteristics of device containing information on device; receiving, in the control device, information on the device transmitted from each of the plurality of electrical devices; storing in the memory of the control device information on the device of each of the plurality of electrical devices and determining from the stored information of the device of each of the plurality of electrical devices such that each of the plurality of electrical devices is present and available over the network.

EFFECT: enabling the use of energy which is stored in energy storage devices from which the energy storage system is assembled, in a variety of different scenarios, including such applications as peak alignment, power supply in emergency situations and control of system stability.
