SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is aimed at a product for energy saving in the form of a battery assembly system which can be modularly used at an energy conservation object. Control subsystem, configured to control power transmission, includes: AC/DC power supply; uninterruptible power supply; processor; Ethernet switch; a first data transmission interface configured to transmit and/or receive data from a storage subsystem which monitors one or more batteries; a first transmission interface configured to transmit energy to the storage subsystem; a second data transmission interface configured to transmit and/or receive data from a power subsystem which includes an energy converter, and a power subsystem is configured to be connected to the power line; and a second transmission interface configured to transmit power to a power transmission subsystem wherein the processor is configured to transmit signals with charge and charge control of at least one battery of one or more batteries in the storage subsystem.

EFFECT: method and system of modular energy saving are proposed.
