SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrument-making of far-infrared (IR) and terahertz (THz) ranges and can be used both in military systems and in systems of civil application in systems of technical and medical diagnostics. System comprises a dynamic scene generator, which includes a bank of images of test objects, a bank of properties of the underlying surfaces, bank of dynamic parameters, unit of geometric transformations, unit of attributes of appearance of objects-targets, bank of physical properties of objects, bank of physical properties of atmosphere, an image synthesis unit, a visible image converter, including a converter, a broadband infrared radiation source, an infrared radiation spectrum control unit, a unit for converting phase modulation of infrared illumination into an amplitude, a recognition and validation unit, which includes an optical unit for transferring a synthesized image, an analyzed thermal imaging device, a unit for metrological certification, a recognition unit and a unit for extracting signatures.

EFFECT: high speed of detecting errors in processing algorithms and automated image analysis, as well as in enlarging the range of means for this purpose.
