FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport machine building, can be used in experimental study of dynamics of controlled motion and in creation of motion control systems by robotic complex based on caterpillar vehicles equipped with satellite navigation system. System of remote telemetering coefficient of resistance to removal of support rollers of high-speed caterpillar vehicles consists of device for measurement of lateral force acting on support roller at its rolling with withdrawal, and device for measurements of angle of lateral drift. Lateral force sensor is located in the most sensitive part of the balancer stem. Sensor connector is connected to a microcontroller attached to the balance beam axis. Radio module is connected to the output port of the microcontroller. Vibratory harvester is fixed to axle of support roller converting energy of mechanical vibrations into electric one. Harvester feeds microcontroller and radio module via voltage converter, and response (receiving) radio module is located on machine body and connected to computer via additional microcontroller. Value of angles of side displacement of tires of support rollers is measured by satellite navigation system Racelogic on coordinates of axes of support rollers relative to satellite antennae.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining characteristics of side rolls of support roll tires when eliminating a subjective factor, high efficiency and low labor input of measurements by automating measurement, subsequent processing of results, analysis and storage of information.
