FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test benches for testing elastic elements of suspensions of vehicles and pneumatic tires, designed to determine elastic characteristics and vibration-resistant properties of tested elements, as well as characteristics of lateral slip and rolling resistance of tires. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that weights are fixed on top of the crossbar, and the loading mechanism is installed on the rotary frame, the axis of which is fixed on the lower part of the bench base and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading, pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic pulsator having a rod with a piston, located in the housing, which is installed vertically on the rotary frame of the test bench on the side of the caterpillar propulsor and through servo-hydraulic distributor is interconnected with pump and tank of hydraulic station. Pusher is equipped with two horizontal levers installed inside caterpillar propulsor perpendicular to caterpillar belt, one ends of which are connected to rotary frame through axis, other ends are connected to hydraulic pulsator rod by means of two connecting rods located on both sides of the hydraulic pulsator housing. In the middle part of the horizontal levers, an axis with a support roller is fixed, interacting with a pusher, made in the form of a guide axle box, fixed on the rotary frame along the vertical axis of the tire loading, inside the axle box there is a pusher rod, on the upper end of which there is a roller table, and on the lower end there is a horizontal guide resting on the support roller. Upper branch of the caterpillar belt is fixed against displacement in the lateral direction by means of a side roller installed on the rotary frame, the axis of this roller is parallel to the vertical axis of the tire loading, and its width is greater than the maximum stroke of the pusher, screw mechanism is hingedly installed between base and end of rotary frame, axis of this screw mechanism is perpendicular to the radius drawn from the axis of the rotary frame to the hinge of the screw mechanism.

EFFECT: possibility of single-support suspension unit bench tests together with rolling wheel without and with tire lateral slip on solid surface with different irregularities profile, including random nature of their distribution, easier installation and testing of large diameter wheels and fixing the rotary frame at a given angle.
