FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely neurology, acupuncture, physiotherapy. Therapeutic session is followed by electroneurostimulation, wherein one acupuncture needle is inserted into Tr 17 point and an active electrode of the electric stimulator is connected to it. Second acupuncture needle, to which passive electric stimulator electrode is connected, is put into one of points - V 2, or E 4, or GI 20. Electroneurostimulation is performed at pulse repetition rate of 20 to 100 Hz at current intensity of 20–50 mcA, exposure time of 30–40 minutes. That is followed by facial massage involving a scalp zone on the gallbladder meridian and the anterior neck surface. Besides, at 1st and 3rd therapeutic sessions, the electroneurostimulation is followed by administering a drug mixture which contains 2 % lidocaine 0.5 ml, 0.05 % cyanocobalamin 0.5 ml, diprospan 0.3–0.5 ml, to a point located immediately below the mastoid process. Acupuncture of points E 36, GI 4 with exposition of 20 minutes is additionally performed. Therapeutic course may include 4–7 therapeutic sessions. Besides, therapeutic sessions can be daily.
