SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emergency notification device in case of an emergency situation with a vehicle. Emergency notification device (10) for reporting information on an emergency situation comprises: voice input/output element (13a, 13b; 48a, 48b) for performing voice input/output in the vehicle; wireless communication element (15) for wireless communication; control element (11) controlling wireless communication element, and voice input/output element for voice communication by means of wireless communication in case of emergency situation with vehicle; and vehicle communication element (17) for communication with communication terminal (40) in vehicle; wherein the control element is configured, in the disconnected voice input/output state, to communicate with the communication terminal through the vehicle communication element to perform voice input/output through the communication terminal in the vehicle and performing voice conversation by means of wireless communication with emergency notification center via wireless communication element.
EFFECT: possibility of voice conversation with emergency notification center, even if use of microphone or speaker in vehicle is disconnected due to breakage or failure.
