FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. Terminal of the public defibrillation system contains the equipment of an automatic external defibrillator (AED) located inside the protective casing. AED equipment is installed in the electrical insulating body of the AED and is equipped with electrodes for defibrillation. Electromechanical lock is integrated in the protective cover and is connected to the output of the lock control unit. Radiocommunication channel with the antenna system is connected with the AED equipment. Antenna system provides the radiation and reception of signals in the megahertz and gigahertz wave bands. Inside the terminal cover there is an uninterruptible power supply unit for the AED and a video surveillance and warning device. Video camera, loudspeaker, viewing screen and external microphone are connected to the outputs of the video surveillance and alert device. In the electrical insulating case of the AED there is a built-in connector, through which the AED equipment is connected to the radio communication channel and the uninterruptible power supply unit of the AED. Radio communication channel is made with two additional inputs/outputs, the first of which is connected to a video surveillance device and an alert, and the second one is connected to a lock control unit. Electromechanical lock is made with a remote door opening terminal of the terminal protective cover, which is connected to the output of the lock control unit.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of technical means used to save patients from sudden cardiac arrest in out-of-hospital conditions with the involvement of volunteer non-professionals is achieved.
