SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for coupling of trailer with tractor. Road train hydraulic-spring towing coupler includes rigidly fixed in a tow bar housing, inside of which a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a double-sided rod with a piston and channels made in a double-sided rod is installed coaxially and rigidly by means of an annular partition. On front end of double-sided rod there rigidly installed are connecting ring and front casing, and rear end of double-sided rod is rear casing. Compression springs are installed between web and jackets to ensure piston position in central part of hydraulic cylinder. Device includes flexible pipelines, one ends are connected to channels of double-sided rod, and other – with check valves, as well as suction and pressure pipelines connected by one ends with check valves, and by other ends: suction – with hydraulic tank, and pressure – simultaneously with pneumohydraulic accumulator, safety valve and port for connection to consumer.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the road train towing coupler and higher efficiency of its operation.
