FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of lubricant-coolant process media, in particular to lubricant-cooling liquids (LCL) concentrates, which are intended for preparation of aqueous emulsions used in machine building on operations of blade and abrasive processing of ferrous metals and their alloys. Composition of the concentrate of water-soluble LCL, which as an emulsifier contains a mixture of a fatty acid with triethanolamine, as a fatty acid – acids, extracted from sunflower oil by stripping, as a stabilizer – ethyl cellosolve and sodium hydroxide, and as anticorrosive additive contains neutral calcium sulphonate in following ratio of components, wt%: fatty acids from soap stocks of vegetable oils (VOFA) – 56–63, triethanolamine – 18–22, ethyl cellosolve – 18–22, caustic soda – 1–3, neutral calcium sulphonate – 0.3–0.7.
EFFECT: task has been solved to create a composition having high stability and anticorrosion efficiency with respect to alloys from ferrous metals, as well as relatively low cost of using fatty acids formed by natural hydrolysis of sunflower oil and extracted from it by stripping without additional purification.
