SUBSTANCE: concentrate of the water-mixed lubricant-cooling liquid for mechanical treatment of metals refers to the field of machine-building industry and can be used in individual and centralized feeding systems of the lubricant-cooling liquid (LCL) for cutting and abrasive treating of all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, as well as heat-resistant alloys. A composition of the water-mixed LCL (emulsol) is developed, which contains a basic oil base in the form of an industrial oil with a kinematic viscosity at 50°C 10-50 mm²/s, oleic acid, and an additive package, in which an additive, as a mixture of emulsifiers, and an additive consisting of a mixture of synthetic esters, corrosion inhibitors and defoamers are used, with the following component ratio, wt %: oleic acid - 10-20, a mixture of emulsifiers - 2-10, a mixture of synthetic esters, corrosion inhibitors and defoamers - 12-16, oil base - up to 100. The LCL concentrate as a basic oil base contains a mixture of industrial oils I-40A and I-20A.

EFFECT: composition meets the performance requirements of the water-mixed lubricant-cooling liquid quality, gives an opportunity to improve the quality of treatment with an aqueous solution of the lubricant-cooling liquid concentrate, and expands the arsenal of the produced liquids.
