FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and heat power engineering, and namely to an energy-chemical plant for producing synthesis gas, electric and heat energy. Apparatus includes a partial oxidation reactor, having inputs for liquid or gaseous fuel, an oxidiser, steam and an outlet for synthesis gas, waste heat boiler, which is equipped with gas and steam-water ducts, contact condenser equipped with drainage drain pipe from condenser, gas turbine plant consisting of compressor, partial oxidation reactor, turbine and generator, water storage tank. Gas generator is additionally equipped with oxygen supply from air separation station. Steam-water circuit of the heat-recovery boiler is also connected to the feed water supply system, which includes a water storage tank, connected to the condensate return pipeline from the consumer; condensate pump, deaerator, feed pump and separator. Output of water circuit of contact capacitor is connected to input of water storage tank. Water storage tank includes water outlet connected to deaerator inlet via condensate pump and additional water outlet connected to condensing water coolant inlet via condensation water pump. Pump of condensation water is also connected to pipeline of service water supply through water treatment system with possibility of replenishment of system with process water. Output of deaerator is connected to input of steam-water circuit of heat-recovery boiler, and second input of deaerator is connected with additional output for water of steam-water path of separator of heat-recovery boiler. Said deaerator steam outlet is communicated with atmosphere while condensation water cooler is communicated with service water feed and discharge pipelines to condensation water cooling system. Outlet of condensation water cooler is connected to input of water circuit of contact condenser through condensation water filter.

EFFECT: technical result is higher cost efficiency of installation.
