SUBSTANCE: heating gas-turbine plant containing a compressor connected in series with a combustion chamber, a gas turbine and an electric generator, to the discharge of the steam turbine the steam heat-recovery boiler is connected, which is steam-interconnected with a heat consumer, and it is in addition contains the steam turbine with a condenser connected through the elastic hydraulic coupling with the compressor shaft. The output of the heat-recovery boiler is connected to the input of the steam turbine by the steam line, at the input of the heat-recovery boiler the afterburner is installed.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve efficiency of combined heat and power plant at the combined production of electric and heat energy.
