FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in surgical treatment of periodontium diseases accompanied by loss of keratinized gum (gum recession). After the required diagnostic procedures, the patient is prescribed a complex treatment of periodontium disease accompanied by loss of the keratinized gum. First stage involves oral cavity preparation involving professional hygiene, supragingival and subgingival deposits, according to a standard protocol. Main stage involves mucogingival plastic surgery according to known common technique with application of sutures aimed at elimination of defect. Sterile collagen plate "FARMADONT III" is placed on the area of the field surgical sutures and left until complete resorption.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of postoperative wound healing.
