FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to eliminate the recession of the gums after manufacturing and using permanent orthopedic structures: crowns, bridges, etc. To do this, a semilunar incision is made before the bone in the gum recession zone, retreating 6–8 mm from the gingival margin, taking into account its depth and width. At the same time from the tops of the interdental papillae recede 3–4 mm. Peel a semilunar flap and move it coronally. Deepen the vestibule of the oral cavity by detachment in the donor site of the mucous membrane. In the formed space between the semilunar flap and the mobile mucosa, a ready collagen membrane is placed. Then, a seam is applied to the semilunar flap, the tip of which is fixed on the vestibular or oral surface of the artificial crown of the tooth with the help of a composite material.
EFFECT: method provides shortening of the treatment time for this pathology by completely eliminating the flap dislocation, and also provides the possibility of treating a large recession of the gum or several closely located gingival recessions.
