Form a submucosal tunnel from the side of the gingival margin in the recession area, for which tunnel tissue is cleaved without dissection of the gingival papillae. In the area of the formed tunnel, a subepithelial connective tissue transplant is laid on the periosteum from the palate, fixing it to the periosteum with sutures. Perform the subperiosteal suture of V-shaped incision in the apical part to the middle of the length of the incision, and perform the epithelial suture of the remaining two parts of the incision, thereby performing the Y-shaped suturing of the wound.
