FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and is intended for securing containers on railway platforms. The apparatus for securing containers on a platform includes a plate with a fitting stop secured thereon, installed on the platform, configured to rotate by 180° on the axis of rotation, rigidly fixed on the platform. The plate is made rectangular, with two radial notches on two opposite sides. Two sleeves placed at a distance from each other are welded to the end surface of the plate along the edges, wherein two eyelets are welded to the end surface of the plate between said sleeves, wherein a bracket rigidly fixed on the platform and made with a through hole is placed between said eyelets. The central axes of the through holes of the eyelets and the bracket are aligned. The curved ends of the handle made in the form of a U-shaped plate are placed in the through holes of the sleeves. The locking axle is made with an annular groove and a notch in the form of a cut of the side surface along the central axis thereof, coupling with the annular groove on one side, and on the other side, forming a step with a cylindrical surface of one of the ends of the locking axle. The locking axle is equipped with a handle secured at the other end thereof, protruding from the eyelet outward. The handle is made with a radius recess on the longitudinal part thereof, wherein the handle shelf is located above said recess. A stopper is attached to the external side of one of the eyelets of the thrust plate, adjacent to the handle, engaging with the groove at the end of the locking axle.

EFFECT: invention increases the reliability due to the rigid locking of the locking axle, eliminating bending deformations thereof at all stages of operation, due to the elimination of horizontal movements of the apparatus with the container installed thereon during operation, and increases the convenience of operation during blocking and unblocking.
