SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Method for processing milk sweet whey material containing a caseinoGlycoMacroPeptide (cGMP) involves: removing cations from sweet milk whey material to obtain material having pH value from 1 to 4.5; treatment of said material in a reactor with a fluidised bed at temperature in range of 10–18 °C, where the serum is in contact with the resin for a period of time until reaching pH in the range of about 4.2 to about 5.8, such that resin absorbs 52 to 58 % of cGMP, wherein the ratio of protein and resin ranges from 0.20 to 0.35 kg/l, extraction of protein material suitable for use in hypoallergenic children's mixtures.
EFFECT: invention allows to remove cGMP from 52 to 58 % and use such protein material for hypoallergenic children's mixtures.
