FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gas processing industry. Complex comprises units for complex cleaning, compression, liquefaction unit, mixer and cryogenic tank for liquefied natural gas. Liquefaction unit comprises a throttle-ejector, a throttle valve, a choke bean, a phase separator with a liquid level sensor, a gas flow temperature sensor and series-connected first and second counterflow heat exchange devices, between which an auxiliary heat exchange device is connected, connected to the unit of the refrigerating machine. Liquid level and gas flow temperature sensors are electrically connected with control mechanisms of choke bean and throttle valve, respectively. Pipeline of natural gas supply with direct flow after unit of complex cleaning passes through mixer, compression unit, first counterflow, auxiliary and second counter-flow heat exchange devices of liquefaction unit and via throttle-ejector is connected to input of phase separator, at the outlet of which the pipeline of direct flow with liquid phase through choke bean is connected to inlet of cryogenic tank. Upper outlet of cryogenic tank and inlet of throttle-ejector are connected by steam discharge pipeline. At the outlet of the second counterflow heat exchanger from the pipeline of the direct flow the additional flow pipeline is branched, which is connected to the inlet of the throttle valve, after which counterflow heat exchange devices pass and through the mixer, closing the cycle, is connected to the input of the compression unit.
EFFECT: higher reliability and quality of gas.
