FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical devices, namely to production of carbon non-woven materials. Method of producing carbon fibrous non-woven material for medicine includes textile processing before forming initial cellulose continuous threads in cord fabric, finishing with heat and moisture treatment, synthesis of a carbonisation catalyst on the surface of the fibers, vapor-air action, ventilated drying, formation of non-woven material by needling of two external needle-piercing layers and inner unidirectional layer between them, subsequent carbonisation. At that, carbon non-woven material is activated for development of specific surface at heating to temperature of 950 °C for 60–180 minutes with subsequent dressing with medicinal substances and obtained activated carbon non-woven material is mechanically treated by stamping or cutting to obtain the required sizes and shapes of medical products.
EFFECT: invention provides carbon fibrous nonwoven material, having good flexibility, incompressibility, high tensile strength.
