FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical technology of fibrous materials and relates to a method for producing a carbon nonwoven fibrous material. Method comprises forming a nonwoven material from a cellulosic fibrous raw material by needle piercing from two outer needle-punched layers and an inner unidirectional layer between them from continuous cellulosic yarns and subsequent carbonization and graphitization with a gradual increase in the heating temperature in an inert atmosphere, before the formation of the nonwoven web, the initial continuous filaments are textile processed into a cord fabric with a basis density of no more than 20–40 threads/10 cm, a weft not more than 10 threads/10 cm wide, the linear density of the threads on the basis is not more than 192 tex, and the weave threads are not more than 50 tex, then the obtained cordial cellulose fabric is subjected to heat and moisture treatment, synthesis of the carbonization catalyst on the surface of the fibers, vapor-air action and final vented drying, a part of the obtained finished cord fabric is stapled, of staple finished fibrous materials, two needle-punched non-woven fabric are manufactured, that are placed on both sides of the finished cord fabric, are needle-punched and a finished nonwoven cellulose web precursor of the carbon nonwoven web is produced.

EFFECT: invention provides the creation of a carbonized and graphitized web having flexibility, non-removability, organoleptically soft and non-sagging material.
