SPRAYER BOOM SYSTEM AND AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER EQUIPPED WITH SPRAYER ROD SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A01M7/00 B05B15/60 A01B73/04

Abstract RU 2714429 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. Sprayer rods system includes a first sprayer bar, a second sprayer bar which is movable relative to the first sprayer rod by means of a rotational axis located horizontally relative to the direction of movement of the second sprayer rod into the open position, at which the second sprayer bar is brought horizontally in one line with the first sprayer bar, and into the closed position, at which the second sprayer bar is folded over the first sprayer rod. Hydraulic drive is made so that to ensure rotary motion. One end of hydraulic drive is fixed by means of articulated joint on fixed support on first spool of sprayer, and other end is fixed by means of pivot connection on guide rotary mechanism. Guide rotary mechanism consists of first lever, lower end of which is fixed by means of articulated joint by means of first pin on first connecting support located on first spool of sprayer, and second lever, lower end of which is fixed by means of articulated joint by means of second pin on second connecting support, located on second spigot of sprayer. First and the second levers are connected to each other by means of hinged connection by means of the third pin located above the horizontal axis of rotation. Second lever is connected to the second support with provision of the second pin stroke in the elongated hole between the top and bottom borders of the elongated hole. Second lever is connected by means of pivot connection by means of the fourth pin to the upper end of the traction lever, so that the lower end of the traction lever is connected by means of hinged connection by means of the fifth pin with the upper end of the locking pin. Locking pin is installed in a movable manner in the guide coupling fixed on the second rod of the sprayer. At that, elements are installed so that in open position at decomposed second spindle of sprayer, when second pin is in contact with upper border of elongated hole, locking pin enters the fixing bushing fixed on the sprayer first spindle to prevent rotation of the second sprayer rod, and when the second pin is in contact with the lower border of the elongated hole, the locking pin is made out of the fixing sleeve so that the second rod of the sprayer can rotate. Agricultural sprayer is equipped with at least one system of sprayer rods, which includes first sprayer bar, a second sprayer bar configured to move relative to the first sprayer rod by means of a rotational axis located horizontally relative to the direction of movement of the second sprayer bar into the open position, at which the second sprayer bar is brought horizontally in one line with the first sprayer bar, and into the closed position, at which the second sprayer bar is folded over the first sprayer rod. Hydraulic drive is made so that to ensure rotary motion. One end of the hydraulic drive is fixed by means of a hinge joint on a fixed support on the first rod of the sprayer, and the other end is fixed by means of a hinge joint on the guide rotary mechanism. Second lever is connected by means of pivot connection by means of the fourth pin to the upper end of the traction lever so that the lower end of the traction lever is connected by means of hinged connection by means of the fifth pin with the upper end of the locking pin. Locking pin is installed in a movable manner in the guide coupling fixed on the second rod of the sprayer. At that, the elements are installed so that in the open position with the sprayer second spindle being deployed, when the second pin is in contact with the upper border of the elongated hole, the locking pin enters the fixing bushing fixed on the sprayer first bar, with provision for prevention of rotation of the second sprayer bars, and when the second pin is in contact with the lower border of the elongated hole, the locking pin is made out of the fixing sleeve so that the second rod of the sprayer can rotate.

EFFECT: improved reliability.
