FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for surgical correction of posttraumatic radial clubhand. Corrective osteotomy of the radial bone is performed with elimination of its deformation and fixation of the achieved position by means of metal structure. Ulna fragment is resected by performing osteotomies parallel to each other in the area of the ulna neck and in proximal direction to remove the ulna fragment of length equal to the radial bone shortening. Ulna condylus is transposed to its proximal fragment, comparing their edges, and the achieved position is fixed by means of a metal structure.
EFFECT: invention provides restoration of anatomical interrelations in the wrist joint, minimizing the possibility of the recurrence of the pathology and considerably reducing the risk of injuries of the musculoskeletal system and neurovascular structures.
