FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in tubular heat exchangers. In turbulising device, containing docking assembly and connected with it with possibility of rotation spiral band 1, wherein the docking assembly includes housing 2 with plug 3, having a bearing with shaft 4 inside, leaving housing 2, and outside – shaped elements 5 for fixing the housing in pipe 6, and the spiral tape is a helical conoid, twist pitch of which is determined by the formula: λ=(0.05–0.2)πν√D, where: λ is helical conoid twist pitch, m; (0.05–0.2) is a coefficient which determines the twist pitch limits; π – mathematical constant (π=3.14), ν – flow rate in heat exchange pipe, m/s; D is inner diameter of heat exchange pipe, m. Besides, the outer diameter of the screw conoid is determined structurally and taking into account the presence of a gap relative to the inner wall of the heat exchange pipe, providing free rotation of the helical conoid, and the internal diameter of the helical conoid is determined structurally and taking into account the helical conoid tape width equal to 0.25–0.4D, and its thickness equal to 0.9–1.5 mm.
EFFECT: high heat transfer coefficient, low hydraulic resistance and cleaning of pipes.
