FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe in pipe type heat exchanger for carrying out heat exchange processes between heat carriers using movable channels (rotating pipes) and may be used in the gas, chemical and oil refining industries. Heat exchanger consists of two concentric pipes: an inner tube and an outer tube, a radial turbine, an axial turbine, a spiral ribbon turbulizer, two bearings, seals and branch pipes for the input and output of a high-speed coolant. Radial turbine is mounted on the inner tube and is attached to it with interference. Radial turbine is located opposite the high-temperature coolant inlet. Axial turbine is installed in the inner tube with interference.
EFFECT: increase in the intensity of heat transfer processes; reduction of metal costs for the manufacture of heat exchangers; lowering the hydraulic resistance of the heat exchanger.
