FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe in pipe type heat exchanger for carrying out heat exchange processes between heat carriers using movable channels (rotating pipes) and may be used in the gas, chemical and oil refining industries. Heat exchanger consists of two concentric pipes: an internal pipe and an external pipe, a flat-bladed stator, a flat-bladed rotor, a swirler in the form of a spiral wire, two bearings, seals and fixed nozzles for inlet and outlet of hot and cold heat carriers. Flat-blade rotor is installed on the internal pipe and is rigidly fixed on it. Rigidly flat-bladed stator is installed inside external pipe.
EFFECT: increase in the intensity of heat transfer processes; reduction of metal costs for the manufacture of heat exchangers; lowering the hydraulic resistance of the heat exchanger.
