FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to a bionic ear prosthesis and a method for ear prosthesis with such a prosthesis. Bionic ear prosthesis comprises a microphone, means of converting electrical signals into acoustic, connecting wires for transmitting electrical and converted acoustic signals and a power supply unit with an energy source. Additionally, the prosthesis comprises an auricular simulator, a body, screw implants to be placed in the temporal bone, a magnetic-vibration bone conduction transducer made for installation on a sound-conducting screw implant, and a flexible microchip with analogue-to-digital and digital-to-analogue converters, a digital signal processor, a radio communication module and a programmable memory device. Body has a mushroom head with an outer surface for the auricle imitator installation, an internal surface in the form of a temporal bone and a foot with external surface areas as per the tragic inner surface and an external acoustic canal. Flexible microchip is placed at the distal end of the body leg and connected by connecting wires in the form of flexible tape conductors with a magnetic-vibration transducer of bone conductivity and with a power supply unit including at least one resistor and at least one capacitor placed between the microphone and the power source. Simulated absent concha of dental silicone is performed by 3D-printing of a mirror image of a digital image of a computer tomography of the opposite auricle. Body is made with a mushroom head having an external surface for the auricle imitator installation, an internal surface in the form of a temporal bone and a foot with external surface areas as per the tragic inner surface and an external acoustic meatus. Casing is inserted into canal of external acoustic meatus. Simulator of auricle is placed on the outer surface of the body head and on the temporal bone with subsequent fixation of the imitator and head of the body with screw implants made for installation in the temporal bone. Magnetic-vibration transducer is installed on a sound-conducting screw implant of bone conductivity.
EFFECT: provides for correction of hearing loss in hard of hearing of patients with atresia or microtia by means of acoustic apparatus operating on the principle of bone conduction and arranged in auricular prosthesis.
