SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of selecting blocks of multidimensional data in an electronic information system. Method comprises steps of: providing interface modules and cache memory modules in an input processing device, wherein one interface module and two or more cache memory modules form a selection module; performing processing of service for at least two measurements in a remote device and recording a processed multidimensional data unit into a cache memory module of the input processing device; after the interface module receives the user request, determining the measurement information corresponding to the current user request script, request for a matching multidimensional data unit in a cache memory module of the selection module in accordance with measurement information and sending a multidimensional data unit obtained by request to a data output module.
