SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of verifying the authenticity of a person associated with a token. Method comprises: storing at least transaction data, token requestor identifier (TRID) and COF token identifier; receiving payment requisites, wherein the payment requisites include at least a special for COF payment token; generating a transaction message, wherein the transaction message is formatted based on one or more standards and includes at least a plurality of data items including at least a first data element configured to store a COF-specific payment token, a second data element configured to store the COF token identifier, a third data element configured to store the TRID, and one or more additional data elements configured to store the transaction data; electronic transmission of generated transaction message to financial institution through payment network. Systems implement different versions of methods.
