FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry, namely to a method for hydraulic cutting of coke at plants for delayed coking of oil refineries. Method is realized using a coiled tubing technique, wherein a coke pipe is supplied to a coke chamber with a pipe assembly located at its end, consisting of a rigid pipe, a hydraulic turbine and a hydraulic cutter, after which high-pressure volumetric pump is started, which is made with possibility of capacity adjustment to decrease to increase water flow head, which is supplied to flexible tube with its further supply through pipe assembly to hydraulic turbine, in which the flow is separated so that a small portion of the flow energy provides the rotational movement of the hydraulic cutter, and a large portion of the energy of the high pressure water stream is supplied to the hydraulic cutter performing the coke cutting.

EFFECT: technical result achieved during implementation of invention is simple technique of cutting coke while maintaining efficiency of cutting coke, cutting time of hydraulic cutting of coke, high efficiency of removing coke from delayed coking installations, high speed of discharging coke, which is achieved by increasing the head of water flow, directed to hydraulic cutter, possibility of removing coke residues on walls of a reactor of any shape while reducing labour intensity of said process, broader functional capabilities of the method owing to the possibility of using said technology for cutting coke with efficient removal of coke from coke chambers and cleaning them from coke in chambers of any shape, as well as high operational characteristics.
