FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for unloading coke shots from the coking reactor involves lowering of the torch into the reactor and cutting coke by a high-pressure downhole jet. As a liquid for formation of a high-pressure downhole jet, a gas oil fraction with a boiling point of +350°C, which is fed at a rate of 180 t/h at a pressure of 18 MPa and at a temperature of 90°C. The unloading plant includes a drill rod with a torch, fixed to a rotator connected to a fluid supply system to form a downhole jet, and is provided with a building block, including a sealed torch mounting chamber mounted on the upper drill gate, located on the reactor neck, and a sealing assembly, located above the sealed chamber to house the torch. The sealing assembly is connected to the rack frame by pull rods, and the torch is equipped with means for centering the drill rod.
EFFECT: proposed method and plant allow to shorten the coking cycle by 10-12 hours.
