FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening elements for fixing structures having holes with nominal diameter located at equal intervals. Fastening element has a minimum compression plane (Gmin) and a maximum compression plane (Gmax), as well as a screw comprising an enlarged head and a threaded portion; and a bushing comprising an enlarged head, a tubular cylindrical body and a threaded part engaged with the threaded part of the screw. Threaded portion abuts inner sleeve smooth part, where smooth part has thickness (E), zone of low deformability (A), adjacent to head of bushing, and deformable zone (B) adjacent to zone of low deformability (A). Deformation zone (B) of the bushing can be deformed into the closing head intended for contact with the blind surface of the structural elements. Deformable zone (B) passes along length (L) exceeding minimum length (Lmin) and smaller than maximum length (Lmax), which are determined as follows: Lmin = D/2 + 2E + (Gmax-Gmin), Lmax = (E/0.092).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at formation of closing head with outer diameter equal to 1,5 nominal diameter of structural hole (D).
