SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Method for dosed sown fertilizer application includes introduction of agrochemicals directly during sowing, wherein seeds are directed into seed tube and simultaneously with supply of liquid fertilizer are sowed in one flow, at that moment aerosol air-droplet wetting of surface of seeds with water solution of fertilizer, which provides moisture supply from 50 to 100 % on air-dry weight of seeds with local metered spraying into soil. Device for dosed sown fertilizer application during method implementation under item 1 comprises seed duct, liquid fertilizer supply system, wherein nozzles for directed spraying of liquid fertilizer flow spray fertilizer on seeds in confined space between side screens - paired disk plows, which increase concentration of aerosol flow of applied fertilizer in zone of unidirectional fall of seeds forming seeding band of ploughshare passage.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase efficiency of seeds treatment, to ensure capacity for intensive growth of sprouts, to increase crop capacity for all cultivated agricultural crops.
