FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building panel intended for production of heating and/or cooling walls of buildings comprises: a base defined by an upper surface, a lower surface and a plurality of side surfaces; circulating means for circulating fluid coolant or coolant arranged inside the base; mechanical connection means made integral with the base, wherein said mechanical connection means are configured to provide a detachable connection of the building panel to an adjoining panel having an identical or similar structure; fluid connection means configured to circulate a fluid coolant or coolant between a building panel and a panel connected thereto, having an identical or similar structure; leak detection means are configured to detect leakage of fluid heat carrier or coolant on lower surface or upper surface of base. At that, in the panel there are provided, in fact, a flat heat conducting element fixed on the upper surface of the base so as to completely or almost completely close it, and a header for collection of a fluid heat carrier or coolant, flowing out of said circulation means, wherein said collector is in thermal contact with upper surface of panel so that in case of leakage it is possible to create local change of temperature of this surface. Also, wall, ceiling or floor containing such panel, and system of fluid coolant or coolant supply in combination with wall, ceiling or floor are described.
EFFECT: present invention relates to a building panel intended for construction of heating and/or cooling walls of a building.
