FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat exchange unit with at least one multi-pass heat exchanger containing a first collector (1), a second collector (2), and at least one exhaust collector (4) of a tubular structure with a set cross pipe section (AU), as well as a pipe structure (25) with multiple pipes oriented at least substantially parallel to each other and having a set pipe cross section (AR), wherein the possibility of the flow of fluid, in particular, water, by said pipes is provided, and wherein said pipes are located in the pipe structure in the form of a set number of columns (n); wherein the first collector (1) and the second collector (2) are located at one end (A) of the heat exchange unit, and the exhaust collector (4) is located at the opposite end (B); wherein the pipes (5) pass from one end (A) to the opposite end (B) and are connected with the exhaust collector (4), as well as the first or second collector (1, 2); wherein at least one ventilation hole (10) is provided at the highest point (T) or at least near the highest point (T) of the exhaust collector (4) in order to equalise the pressure with the environment. In order to quickly fill the heat exchange unit with fluid, a valve (11) is installed in at least one vent (10); wherein when the valve (11) is fully open, the flow section (d) passes air freely, the cross section (AU) of the pipe of the exhaust collector (4) and the flow section (d) of the valve (11) are equal to or exceed the minimum cross section (Dmin) calculated as the product of the number of columns in the pipe structure (25) and the cross section (AR) of the pipes (Dmin=n·AR).

EFFECT: creation of an operable heat exchange unit.
