SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of forming an applicator, comprising steps of: creating a digital geometric representation of the structure, wherein the target structure has a flatness factor; forming an applicator using a digital geometric representation of the target structure, wherein the applicator has a contact surface with the target structure; and applying the active agent on the contact surface with the target structure of the applicator.
EFFECT: methods of making precision applicators are disclosed.
