FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoplastic elastomer compositions. Disclosed is a dynamically vulcanised alloy intended for making blown films or produced by extrusion with casting sheets, comprising: a) at least one elastomer based on isobutylene; b) at least one thermoplastic resin; d) vulcanising system; and e) a lubricating system comprising an organic metal salt and a fatty acid, wherein the ratio of the organic metal salt expressed in the COD to the amount of the fatty acid ranges from 0.75:1 to 10:1, where elastomer is in dynamically vulcanised alloy in form of phase of vulcanised or partially vulcanized particles of small size, dispersed in continuous phase of thermoplastic resin, and the vulcanising system mainly contains from 1.0 to 10 of the metal oxide of the metal selected from a group consisting of zinc oxide, zinc nanooxide, CaO, BaO, MgO, Al₂O₃, CrO₃, FeO, Fe₂O₃ and NiO; film from dynamically vulcanised alloy and method of producing dynamically vulcanised alloy.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a thermoplastic elastomer composition, having improved characteristics during production of film compared to existing similar compositions.
