FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions intended for producing biodegradable packaging materials and articles. Disclosed is a biologically degradable polymer composition for making articles, comprising (wt. %): polyethylene (45–68), polycaprolactone (5–10), biodegradable filler represented by beet pulp (5–10), starch (20–30) and a process additive represented by bentonite (2–5).
EFFECT: technical result is the disclosed composition enables to obtain a homogeneous material processed on standard equipment for producing a biodegradable product.
