SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry, namely to a method for sterilization of a food container using a magnetic field, a technological line for implementation of the specified method and to a food container sterilized by such method. Food container sterilization method involves application of electrolyte aqueous solution onto container surface, container treatment by magnetic field and container drying, wherein application of aqueous solution of electrolyte on surface of container is carried out using solution of electrolyte with specific electric conductivity of 90–190 mΩ-1⋅cm-1. Aqueous solution of the electrolyte can be an aqueous solution of a salt of alkali or alkali-earth metals and inorganic acids, an aqueous solution of a salt of alkali or alkali-earth metals and organic acids. Additionally, a food can accommodate a napkin. Napkin is placed not later than the stage of application of electrolyte water solution onto the container surface.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by simplicity and manufacturability and can be used in industrial production.
