FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of applying heat-resistant coatings and can be used for parts operating under conditions of wear and action of corrosive media, namely, for gas turbine engine nozzle blades and skin elements subjected to high-speed gas flows, abrupt temperature changes, erosion and corrosion at the speed of the incoming flow of dissociated air in the atmosphere higher than 5-6 Mach. Method of obtaining protective coating on surface of parts from carbon-carbon composite material includes formation of barrier layer and main layer of coating. Barrier layer is formed from technical grade silicon with thickness of 30–70 mcm on parts pre-heated to 150–200 °C. Main layer is applied from a mixture of refractory compounds ZrB2-MoSi2-SiC. After application of the main layer of coating, double heating of parts is performed in hot pressing press under pressure of 20 MPa to temperature of 1,450 °C first and then 1,850–1,900 °C with holding for 15–20 minutes at temperature of each heating.
EFFECT: providing a technology which increases operating temperature of parts with obtained coatings and duration of operation due to higher adhesion to substrate and self-healing effect of coating.
