FIELD: meeting human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for manual cleaning of fish from scales, and can be used in households, at food enterprises and in field conditions. Fisher cleanup comprises a plate with pins and a handle. Plate with pins is made of elastic material with module of longitudinal elasticity, which enables to provide sufficient resistance to expansion and compression during elastic deformation, and having high friction coefficient, wherein the plate is made flat, with spines in the form of a truncated cone with a rounded vertex, located on its lower surface, and with a through hole in the central part, along the perimeter of which there is an internal row of pins installed with an inclination towards the hole at angle of 30°. Tenons of the next rows are installed perpendicular to the lower plane of the base and are arranged along concentric circles with displacement in staggered order relative to studs of the internal row and pins of each next row. Length of studs is proportional to diameter of their base. On the upper surface of the plate there is a handle in the form of a bracket with bends upwards, which extend beyond the plane of the plate.
EFFECT: simplified design of the fish-cleaning apparatus, provision of high-quality and comfortable cleaning of fish from scales with the possibility of provision of injury safety when working with fish-cleaning agent and reduced level of spraying of scales.
