SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Tariffication method includes the following stages: when it is determined that a service carried by a user terminal is a service reported using the second radio access technology, sending, by the first access device in the first radio network to the mobility management entity in the first radio network, the first message carrying the first indication, and sending, to the core network gateway in the first radio network through the mobility management object, a second message which carries the first indication, where the first indication is used to indicate that the service which is carried by the user terminal uses the second radio access technology. When it is determined that the hundred second message carries the first indication, the core network gateway performs service charging, which is sent to the second access device, is transferred by the user terminal and is communicated using the second radio access technology.

EFFECT: performing charging for data on a second access device in a double connection scenario.
