FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Radio station system comprises one or more radio stations which provide, for a radio communication terminal, at least one first and second cells in accordance with a first and a second radio access technology, respectively; transmitting or receiving a control plane message to or from a radio communication terminal in said at least one second cell, wherein the control plane message includes non access stratum (NAS) message or a radio resource control (RRC) message, wherein if the control plane message includes a measurement report relating to at least one second cell, and the measurement report corresponds to the measurement result of at least one second cell in form of a measurement between radio access technologies (Inter-RAT) for said at least one first cell, the radio station system receives the control plane message in at least one first cell, and if not, the radio station system receives the control plane message in at least one second cell.

EFFECT: high efficiency of transmitting control plane (CP) messages in a radio communication architecture which enables interaction of two different radio access technologies (RAT).
