SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Radio station system comprises a first radio station configured to service at least one first cell in accordance with a first radio access technology; and a second radio station configured to service at least one second cell in accordance with a second radio access technology, wherein the radio station system is configured to provide for the radio communication terminal the at least one second cell for use in addition to and under the control of the said at least one first cell, a first radio station and a second radio station are configured to use a general layer of a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) in at least one separated bearer channel using said at least one first cell and at least one second cell, and use of a common PDCP layer includes performing control using a protocol having the same PDCP function as the PDCP layer used in the secondary cell group (SCG) bearer channel in said at least one second cell.

EFFECT: technical result consists in efficient transmission of control plane (CP) messages in radio communication architecture, which provides interaction of two different radio access technologies (RAT).
