Brush comprises longitudinal scraper 8, at least one longitudinal stiffening element 6, longitudinal retaining element 7 of said wiper brush and said stiffening element, longitudinal fairing 2, 3, comprising two end covers 3 and central holder 2 passing there between and connected to them. Holder comprises attachment means to said stiffening element or said retaining element of said stiffening element, and each of covers comprises guiding means for translational movement of end parts of said element, so that in assembled state of brush 1 longitudinal stiffening element 6 and longitudinal retaining element 7 are able to slide freely in relation to said guide means 36, 37, 38.
