METHOD OF TREATING HARD-HEALING WOUNDS IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2715145 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a method of treating hard-healing wounds in an experiment by applying an anti-inflammatory dressing. Method involves removing pus, fibrin deposits and necrotic tissues from 3rd to 10th day. Gauze dressing with Oflomelid water-soluble ointment is used. Before the implantation, the hydroxyapatite collagen composite is placed in a sterile Petri dish, fragmented into pieces, saturated with 0.9 % NaCl sterile solution. On 10th day, the wound bed is implanted with a LitAr hydroxyapatite collagen composite from ratio of 1: 2 to the calculated wound area and applying a semi-permeable adhesive bandage on the polymer base of Silkofix PU-Ag, the change of which is performed once in 5 days.

EFFECT: technical result is earlier formation of poorly differentiated connective tissue in the region of composite material and intense angiogenesis.
