SUBSTANCE: material heating device includes rotary furnace (1), multiple heat exchange tubes (2), hot air cap (3), high temperature gas inlet mechanism (4), waste gas collection chamber (5) and waste gas discharge pipeline (6), wherein rotating furnace (1) has supply end (7) and outlet end (8), in rotary furnace (1) provided are heat exchange tubes (2), outside rotating furnace (1) provided with cap (3) for hot air inlet end air of heat exchange tubes (2) is connected to cap (3) for hot air, and the heat exchanging tubes air outlet end is connected to the waste gas collection chamber (5), which is connected to the exhaust gas discharge pipeline (6), the hot air cap (3) interacts with the high temperature gas inlet mechanism (4), and cavity between heat exchange tubes (2) and insulating layer (13) of rotating furnace (1) is channel for material. Heat exchange tubes (2) are in direct contact with the material, and the greater part of the heat is transferred directly into the material through the pipeline and is emitted with less loss of heat.
EFFECT: off-gases after heat exchange are not in contact with coal gas created as a result of pyrolysis, and thus, created coal gas has high purity, high calorific value and high value of utility.
