FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex for collection and removal of furnace gases from the main chute of a blast furnace. Complex comprises side and skimmer umbrellas – suction, main chute cover arranged between side and skimmer umbrellas and consisting of two stationary parts, skimmer and middle, and one detachable part connected by gas ducts through header with aspiration system, comprises upper umbrella arranged above cover of main chute on side of side umbrella at height required for free movement of detachable part of main chute cover by manipulator, wherein length of vertical umbrella is made with provision of overlapping of detachable part and 1/3 of length of middle part of cover of main chute, and its width is made with provision of overlapping equal width of main chute from each side, wherein free side of upper umbrella is installed on support wall, and opposite side adjoins tuyer area of furnace and is fixed to support of upper umbrella.

EFFECT: reduced atmosphere pollution by dust-gas emissions during releases of melting products, reliable cover of main chute during blast-furnace products discharge from blast furnace, improved working conditions at casting yard, reduced costs for fabrication and repair of metal structure of cover of main chute, reduced consumption of refractory for cover of main chute, production of additional raw material in form of aspiration dust of iron and vanadium for further processing.
