FIELD: devices for blasting of pyrotechnics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to initiating devices for blasting of pyrotechnics and can be used in control systems of space-rocket equipment and in aircraft systems. Digital pyrotechnic control system comprises a central control device, pyrotechnics – PT, containing electrically igniting bridges, PT-PAU activation units, containing actuators, a main line, power busbars. Central control device used is an on-board digital computer OBDC. It provides the possibility of implementing a cyclic diagram of checking and activating the PT. At that, OBDC and PAU contain galvanic decoupling transformers and transceivers. They provide transmission of digital information in form of messages between OBDC and PAU. PAU are made on the basis of a microcontroller. They are connected to PAU transceiver and contain at least one solid-state relay and at least two electromechanical relays to communication path with one PT. Input of solid-state relay is connected to pyrotechnical power buses, and output – to closing contacts of electromechanical relays controlled by microcontroller for switching of PT bridges to pyrotechnical power buses. Control inputs of solid-state relays are majorized and connected to microcontroller.

EFFECT: high functionality of the system, high safety and reliability of using pyrotechnics.
