Needle is introduced from the bottom upwards at the level of Thiv-Thv through the middle of the inter-spine interval Thiv-Thv at angle of 48–50° to the dorsal plane drawn through the apices of spinous processes Thiv, Thv, Thvi.
EFFECT: method provides reducing traumatism and is easy to implement by determining needle insertion angle.
